Entering the villa, the covered parking area on the ground floor accommodates largely 3 cars set along with the storage and technical room such as the generator room. Stepping up, in additon to the staff quarter, the first floor is dedicated to the recreational area featuring luxurious amenities including gym, soothing massage room, jacuzzi and even a wine cellar.  The living area is situated on the second and third floor; all the rooms are offering an amazing sea view.
