This Bali private villa located in the bustling area of Seminyak-Bali where the Bali’s fashionable crowd lives and plays. Only a short stroll from the Petitenget beach and many trendy restaurants in the area, including Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Hu’u Bar, Soho and Living Room.

The main House of Bali Villa Lotus has three large king sized double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and there is a separate bungalow with king sized bedroom and ensuite. The bungalow has a separate private entrance, so this Bali property could be rented as three or four bedrooms. All four rooms have LCD flat screen TVs, surround sound DVD player systems and Artcool silent airconditioners.

The main living area is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has state of the art European appliances. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs for up to eight people. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs and state of the art Sony 40 inch LCD TV and surround sound DVD system and satellite TV. The Living area can be completely opened up to the lush gardens or if preferred can be closed with bi folding doors and full aircon.
