Newly completed in October 2006, privately owned Villa Aliagung is located on the Bukit (hill) on the Southern peninsula and offers breath-taking views of the ocean, Bali and the mountains. It’s a perfect hideaway for those enjoying space, comfort and privacy.

This Bali villa was designed by internationally acclaimed Balinese architect Popo Danes. The architect has been honored with numerous awards for his efforts in enriching Balinese contemporary architecture and preserving the heritage of both Bali and Indonesia. He has projects located throughout the Indonesian archipelago; in Malaysia; Thailand; the United States; and India. He is known for his sensitivity to nature, the environment and the culture within which he is working.

The interiors were designed by Roland Adams. The architecture and designs of his Bali villa incorporates the amazing view and give you the feel of an elegant, comfortable and very spacious family home. The rooms fill with light through the large glass windows and doors, the colors are kept in elegant and soothing creams and hues of warm natural browns which is reflected in the materials used natural marble and woods and natural decorative objects selected by Roland Adams.

The double story main building of this Bali villa offers 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the twin bedroom, the “children’s room” which also has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The lower level incorporates one master bedroom with walk in dressing room, ensuite bathroom, antiques style writing desk and wonderful views. There is the lower level lunge with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV, dining area for seating 8 guests adjacent to an open modern style spacious kitchen.

The lounge area sofas aof this Bali villa re positioned so that one can enjoy again the full sweeping views over the swimming pool. The lounge area large glass sling doors open up to a white Palimanan Stone pool deck extended by a unique infinity pool which is perched over the hill as if you were floating in the sky.

The upper levels has the other master bedroom, it’s private lounge area, a separate smaller dining table and the children’s room. There are large glass windows all facing towards the ocean. The separate guest house has it’s own lower level open plan living area and powder room. A candle lined staircase leads you to the double bedroom, elegant bathroom and balcony. The layout and generous proportions of this Bali luxury villa allows for much privacy and the villa is ideal if 2 families wish to share this spacious villa
